The L2L Hub Charity offers students the opportunity to be provided with special one to one life skills training to meet personal goals. Working with young people using L2L models, students will foster new way to achieve using competencies such as teamwork, communication, planning and problem solving. To accomplish its goal, L2L Hub Charity works closely with educational partners, schools, colleges and employers to establish a peer learning community in which aspirations are raised gradually to the point where students may ultimately take on responsibility for planning and conducting their own education and professional pathway.
The charity provides on-site mentioning; training workshops giving access a wide range of on-line resources and networking opportunities. Learn to Learn Hub will work with teams of specialist training providers from across the region. We will deliver workshops to students from a wide range of ethnic, racial, and socio-economic groups. The charities evaluation process will seek to nurture and encourage improvements in young people to follow instructional practices, gains academic skills and key skill for workplace placements. Learning activities will vary according to the ability in subject area. Students who enrolled on the Charity programs will learn how to define problems, brainstorm, and debate, find solutions, collaborate, plan & schedule tasks, make decisions, self-evaluate, design and produce multimedia. Students will do work that involves reading, writing, interviewing, text-based, Internet-based research, teamwork, and use of various multimedia software applications
